Position Overview: 

Your role as the Business Development Manager of Glow Up Beverages will focus on building new, long-lasting relationships and maintaining positive relationships with our existing clients in the B2B and B2C space.

The main goal of this new role within our business is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. It is also imperative that you identify and actively pursue opportunities for business growth, provide clients with knowledgeable product advice, guide their product/service choices to meet their needs and resolve any customer issues and complaints to ensure client satisfaction. 

Who We Are:

Glow Up Beverages was born from a desire to craft an experience for customers that's as elevated as it is luxurious by infusing Collagen into cocktails. Founder Renee Vallender and her team embarked on a bold journey, set to redefine the world of canned cocktails, combining natural ingredients, a mix of three highly purified Bioactive Collagen Peptides seamlessly into vodka-based cocktails, and leaving out any hint of preservatives!

More than just a cocktail; Glow Up™ is a fusion of sophistication, exquisite taste, and exceptional quality.

The Ever Glow Group, the parent company, is in it's fourth year of start up phase and offers a creative and unique opportunity for all staff to work across a diverse range of businesses in: Hairdressing, Beauty and Wellness, and the Liquor Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and further  develop our growth strategy, aligned with company objectives which is focused both on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Identify key target markets and customer segments, and create effective strategies to penetrate these markets
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends and customer needs
  • Analyse industry data and competitor strategies to inform our Business Development approach 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.  
  •  Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges
  • Prepare sales contracts , ensuring adherence to rules and guidelines
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth
  • Track all sales, revenue, invoices etc via our CRM system
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners and distributors
  • Develop and report on key metrics 

The Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Degree in management, sales and marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • Experience in a similar role in the Liquor Industry
  • Experience as a relationship manager, sales manager, or a similar role
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships
  • Great organisation and time management skills with the ability to plan ahead
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good sales, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation 
  • The ability to travel interstate
