Do you want to be a part of it?Working with the wider MADVENTURE. team you will play a key role in finding new partners for our brands and connect them to our adventure-hungry audience.
What you’ll do:Over the first 3-6 months you will:
Bring your boundless enthusiasm to the table and get stuck into:
- Training: Learn our systems and processes so you can hit the ground running
- Research: Get key insights into our brands, understand what they mean in market, and recognise the relationship between our adventure audience and our partners.
- Brands: Get a solid understanding of our product offering and how it can work for your clients.
- Business Development: Use our CRM as your resource to manage existing clients, and reinvigorate past clients.
Draw upon your existing sales experience to pitch exciting campaigns that work for our partners.
- Listen to our clients and provide solutions to solve their problems with campaigns that span across content, EDMs, social media, and advertising.
- Use our polished sales decks and collateral to showcase your ideas and take your clients on a journey.
- Pick up the phone and roll out our ready-to-go campaigns.
Utilise your strong relationship-building skills to generate new business, while growing an existing client base.
- Create new opportunities by building out a pipeline of potential customers, identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities, constructing and sending out proposals
- Utilise LinkedIn to build out your network of industry contacts
- Track all comms in our slick CRM and leverage the power of its massive amount of available contacts
- Upsell our existing client base into our new products and services.
Experience required:
- 3+ years of Media sales experience (Online/Digital, Television, Radio, or Print)
- Not afraid to cold-call.
- A can-do, positive attitude.
- Can travel interstate for trade shows (only very occasionally)
