They have become one of the largest providers of in home and clinical care services across Australia and have a number of entities within the company within the healthcare and disability space.
Due to their growth, they are looking to expand their team to support the growth within this business unit.
The role:
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong existing network of connections within the NDIS space to expand this division of the business and leverage these contacts to drive business growth.
This will be a pure new business role which will involve networking and engaging surrounding areas, developing and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
When bringing business on, you will be targeting complex, high value clients and working closely with the Head of Growth to manage vacancies and new business.
Activities will include:
- Overseeing new client intake
- Utilise existing referral network of support coordinators to drive growth
- Develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor sales targets.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Develop new marketing campaigns.
- Identify key areas for growth within the business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify emerging opportunities.
Experience that would be a match for this opportunity:
- Business Development/sales experience
- A background working in the aged care / disability sector.
- Large referral network of support coordinators within the NDIS space
- Strong relationship builder
