Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing long-lasting relationships. 

This role reports to the GM and works alongside our Depot Managers based in Queensland and interstate, together spearheading the company's sales and account growth.

Key Tasks:

• Research Potential Accounts/Clients: Use your market research skills to identify and evaluate potential accounts, strategically targeting them for optimal impact.
• Establish Relationships: Build strong connections with potential new clients understanding their needs and demonstrating how we can meet and exceed their expectations.
• Follow Up with Leads: Utilise your excellent communication skills to follow up on leads and enquiries, ensuring no opportunity gets missed.
• Arrange Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments with prospective clients.

• Proven track record in sales or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, preferably in the transport industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a focus on exceeding targets.

Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm
