Job DescriptionYou will provide full business management in support to both current and prospective customers, with a focus on exploring growth opportunities. Responsibilities include selling the organization's products to assigned business customers to achieve sales goals, expanding existing customer relationships and executing account sales plans in support of business strategy. Duties included:
- Developing and managing assigned sales channels (e.g. customers in NSW/VIC/SA/TAS) in order to produce a high degree of profitability and market share growth
- Providing selling, coaching and developmental support for customers to improve their knowledge and expertise
- Performing field-based marketing activities such as collecting data on the competitors' capabilities, emerging markets, and customers' needs
- Resolving day-to-day issues, resulting in rapid problem solving, improved partner effectiveness, and offering solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively creating and developing relationships with key partners within target organisations
- Managing accounts receivable deliverables including payment terms negotiation discussions
- Achieving set sales budgets and KPIs
- Account management and Business Development experience
- 2-4 years of sales experience would be desirable
- Demonstrate a positive, energetic, customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Exposure to the mining industry would be advantageous
- Highly developed written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment
- Autonomously manage work priorities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM tool
