We have now reached our 500-management milestone and are now looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our office located in Fitzroy North. 

If successful, your hunger for success and superior communication skills will see you fit into the business with ease. 

Since the company's inception in 2019, new business has been incorporated into the role of the Head of Department, and the company have been successfully listing 100-150 new managements per year. 

We would like to amplify our growth to 200 new managements per year by expanding our referral partner network and working more closely with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, lawyers, and accountants, not just relying on our existing inbound leads. 

Our brand new, state-of-the-art office is situated in Fitzroy North with free all-day parking and super-fast 1000mbps internet.

The Role

  • This role is not like a traditional real estate office BDM, whereby you receive incoming leads and then email the fees and charges, that’s not BDM that’s administration! 
  • Success in this role is fostering relationships face to face to increase inbound leads. 
  • Our office is extremely process-driven and technology-heavy, and you will have all the necessary resources, including full-time administration support, an industry-leading listing kit, exemplary marketing and ample databases to hit the ground running.
  • Benefit from a dedicated marketing budget for videos, events, brochures, Google ad words, EDM automation, the list goes on.   
  • Maintaining relationships with owners, referral partners and external stakeholders. 
  • Full time administration support provided.
  • We are a fully paperless office, cloud based office
  • State-of-the-art technology, including; PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, RP Data, DocUSign
  • Work from our brand-new Fitzroy North office - Free all day parking 

About You

  • Your will have 2+ years minimum experience as a BDM or in a similar sales-based role
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Eager to succeed and establish themselves as a top performer in our industry. 
  • A competitive nature and an eagerness to secure listings ahead of the competition. 
  • A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed.
  • Current driver's license and a squeaky clean record.
  • A willingness to have fun and “don’t sweat the small stuff”
  • A great sense of humour
