• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, negotiation, and market analysis within the food, supplement, or infant nutrition industry.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A passionate interest in innovative products, particularly within the dietary supplement market.
• Proactive in creating market development opportunities and seeking out new customers across the Australian marketplace.
• An ability to anticipate future demands by engaging with trend-leading products.
• A proven track record of success in sales and Business Development, ideally with relevant tertiary qualifications (degree level preferred).
