Job Summary:
This position will provide support to existing customers and growth activities of sourcing, qualifying and closing of new customer opportunities. Manage two platforms: Zoho One and Jasper (SIM Management). The role requires a flexible approach, being comfortable working either as part of a team or independently as required in an office environment. There is a need to adapt quickly to a variety of client environments with the capacity to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Administration Activities:
- Meet with customers (phone, email and face to face (including interstate travel when required) to discuss their needs for M2M / IoT connectivity and how the business can assist them in meeting their needs.
- Generating new business through "sales hunting" activities
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- Provide education and advice on M2M / IoT industries and the opportunities within.
- Participating in assigned tradeshow events as needed
- Provide reporting on activities as required by management.
Quality:
- Participate in internal and external audit of the Quality Management System
- Conform to quality procedures and complete quality records as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highschool completion/Higher education- preferred
- 5+ Previous Sales Experience- aligned to Telco/IOT solutions industry preferred
- Previous Account management experience
- Customer Engagement and planning
- Ability to build account strategies and Sales/Account plans
- Pipeline management
- Results proven successful sales professional
- Tertiary qualifications - Highschool completion/Higher education- preferred
- 5+ Previous Sales Experience- aligned to Telco/IOT solutions industry preferred
