The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our property management portfolio. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, working with investors, leasing of newly listed properties and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Proven experience in Business Development, property management, or leasing within the real estate industry.
- Agents Rep/Cert 4 in property services
- Drivers license and reliable car
- Happy to cold call, door knock and prospect database
- Strong drive for success and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
