ABC Trade Outlet just moved into a brand new warehouse at Geebung Queensland. We are looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This opportunity is best suited to candidates with a strong focus on new sales and Business Development. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth, fostering strategic partnerships and driving revenue through effective market analysis and relationship-building.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure high level of customer service.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with Builders, Contractors, architects to position our products as the preferred choice for their projects. Build brand loyalty and maximise revenues.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build network within the industry and gain awareness of future opportunities and build relationships
Tracking and analysing sales performance and market insights to evaluate the effectiveness of Business Development strategies and identify areas for improvement.
About you
Proven experience in Business Development specifically within the building industry.
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong prioritising skills to manage your time effectively
Results driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Work seamlessly with a both small team and independently, bringing a fresh perspective and a can-do attitude.
Highly self-motivated, resilient, and problem-solving oriented
