I'm working with a growing fire protection company that is seeking a driven and results-oriented BDM to join their team. In this role, you'll not only spearhead new business opportunities but also provide leadership and mentorship to their small team of field technicians.

- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on activity and team performance.
- Australian Resident OR Permanent Resident
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or a related sales role related to the Fire Protection Industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and technicians.
- Prior experience in the fire safety industry, preferably as a Fire Technician, is a strong advantage.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
