Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Global Truck Imports, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in Western Australia, South Australia, and Northern Territory. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in Western Australia, South Australia, and Northern Territory.
- Develop and execute strategic Business Development plans
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and optimise customer experience.
- Represent Global Truck Imports at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish valuable partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
Essentials:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the automotive or truck parts industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
- Ability to travel extensively within Western Australia, South Australia, and Northern Territory as required.
- Valid driver's license.
