The Role
Your primary responsibility, under the direction of the general manager, will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities while spearheading profitable sales growth. Your core tasks will involve close collaboration with professionals across various fields including architects, interior designers, audio-visual integrators, and builders, to raise awareness of Ultralift's unique offerings. Alongside this, you will manage key accounts to ensure ongoing purchases, aiming to integrate the company's solutions into their projects. In this fast-paced environment, the ability to deliver quick quotes and timely production is paramount, as clients often demand rapid responses. Thus, thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines are essential skills. Moreover, building and nurturing strong relationships is critical for fostering customer loyalty and securing repeat business.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- A proven history of establishing long term customer relationships.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Solid experience managing key accounts.
- Ability to develop proposals and quotes with excellent MS skills.
- The ability to confidently follow-up sales inquiries to closure.
- Aptitude for understanding customer needs to develop appropriate solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced presentation skills with ability to present to customers at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to focus on specific tasks.
- Experience managing sales leads and deals via CRM’s
- Sound business acumen
- Exceptional planning and time management skills with a high attention to detail.
