About the Role:
In this role you will be required to provide technical sales service and products to customers.
- Grow margin and sales revenue by offering solution based service to customers
- Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
- Acquire knowledge of competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
- Monitor customers' changing needs and offer them solutions
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and products purchased
- Identify, investigate, and prepare recommendations to secure major accounts
- Prepare sales reports
Skills and Experience:
- Hydraulic hose & fittings experience is essential
- Proven experience in servicing technical customers
- Sound verbal and written communication
- Be motivated to recognise and capitalise on opportunities which in turn expand the business
- Have a passion for providing premier customer service
