About the Role:
In this role you will be required to provide technical sales service and products to customers.
Grow margin and sales revenue by offering solution based service to customers
Visit regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunities
Acquire knowledge of competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
Monitor customers' changing needs and offer them solutions
Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and products purchased
Identify, investigate, and prepare recommendations to secure major accounts
Prepare sales reports
Skills and Experience:
Hydraulic hose & fittings experience is essential
Proven experience in servicing technical customers
Sound verbal and written communication
Be motivated to recognise and capitalise on opportunities which in turn expand the business
