The Role:
You will be responsible for the cosmetic injectables portfolio and select skincare portfolio in Queensland and Northern Territory. This is a hybrid role for a passionate cosmetic Clinical Nurse and special individual who has business management skills.
Ideally, you will have experience in the appearance medicine market.
This educator and training role will utilise your Clinical Nursing experience within the Aesthetics space. Ideally, you will have experience using a range of Aesthetics products, have a strong understanding of Facial Anatomy and experience training HCPs on injectables.You will build strong relationships with physicians, nurses and other healthcare practitioners, conducting education/training sessions internally and externally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote, Train and Drive sales of injectable and selcect skincare ranges
- Develop and Implement a Clinical training strategy and clinical training for our Clients.
- Clinical assistance at educational events and managing all clinical education of our injectables
- Attend events nationally and lead workshops
- You will manage all the Adverse Event Consultations and provide support to our clients
- Ensure the achievement of State-Based Sales Targets across both Profhilo (filler category) and selected cosmeceutical products
- Develop and grow the selective portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses
- Work closely with other BDMs, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Clinical Trainers to facilitate growth opportunities for Dermocosmetica
- Attend and represent Dermocosmetica at company organised and industry sponsored events
- Attend and support local workshops, including clinical forums, VIP events, workshops, and training courses
- Identify, develop and maintain key business contacts and key opinion leaders
- Develop and implement a business plan for your selected portfolio within a budget
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative measures to achieve effectiveness and productivity with territory and customer segments
- Travel to regional and interstate areas as directed by the National Sales Manager
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the National Sales Manager on activity, customer and competitor information, sales and expense budgets
- Maintain and track a budget of clinic support programs, training stock and provide accurate monthly reports to NSM
About You – Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Div 1 registered Nurse (Australia) coupled with +5yrs injectable experience and appropriate post graduate qualifications
- Have a background in Cosmetic, Plastic Surgical or Dermatological Nursing with extensive experience in Aesthetics
- Experience selling or working with skincare products
- Previous Training & Educating experience will be welcomed
- The aptitude to learn highly technical information and to acquire a high level of product and therapeutic knowledge
- Ability to demonstrate Strong Patient and Customer focus
- Motivation, Passion, and Drive to succeed
- Strong team player who can also work autonomously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating building relationships with patients, doctors, nurses and work colleagues
- Strong level of emotional intelligence and commercial acumen
