About the Role
As the Business Manager of the Employee Benefits Team, you will be at the forefront of the salary packaging and vehicle leasing services. Working closely with the CEO and Executive team, you will drive business growth and tailor innovative employee-of-choice offerings for a broad client base including public hospitals, aged care facilities, charities, universities, and private businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through strategic business development activities.
- Develop and implement innovative salary packaging strategies to boost revenue.
- Manage and motivate a team of salary packaging and novated leasing professionals.
- Stay updated on relevant taxation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
About You
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and support.
- Experience in the finance or insurance industry.
- Knowledge of salary packaging across various sectors including charities and public hospitals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
This role can be based either in Newcastle or Sydney, with some travel required across our three office locations.
