Access the
Facilitate the development a revenue recovery model to ensure PQ recovers the full fee for quoted services.
Provide advice and guidance in administrative duties relating to the setup and running of clinical trials and research projects. Responsibility for the identification and development of appropriate administrative training programmes for the work unit as required.
Key competencies (role specific criteria)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
- Possess high level professional and administrative skills and knowledge of clinical trials is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively apply technical knowledge of laboratory billing systems for the purpose of improving current processes and implementing change.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in identifying and analysing problems, developing, and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve quality outcomes autonomously and in a team environment, prioritising workload demands to meet competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deal with conflict resolution and adapting to change.
- While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded.
