Business Manager

Brisbane Montessori School provides a Montessori education for children in primary and middle school. They provide a learning environment that fosters a diverse, inclusive and informed community. The school was incorporated in 1984 and in 2022 celebrated their 40th anniversary. Located 12 km from the Brisbane CBD, on the Brisbane River, this location provides picturesque views with beautiful wide-open spaces and exceptional facilities.
The Role
BMS are seeking a Business Manager to continue their growth, vision and strategic plan. Reporting to the Principal and Board you will be responsible for the following:

• Budgeting, Planning and Review
• Revenue Modelling, Projections & Management
• Funds Management
• Fiscal Compliance and Accounting
• Board Company Secretariat
• Management and Governance
• Human Resources Structures and Processes
• Records Management, Buildings & Grounds

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within Educational Administration and Governance
• Accounting Qualifications (CPA, CA)
• Leadership skills
• Alignment with the Montessori Philosophy
