Work with an International Engineering Group established over 30 years who have built a reputation of engineering excellence, providing solutions to the Process Industry across the Globe. 

Do you have the drive and patience to build your own division? 

We now seek a Dedicated Project Business Development Manager to work with EPCS to grow the Oil & Gas business in WA.

Responsibilities; 

• Set meetings and build important relationships to bid & win $1Million + Projects.
• Define a strategy for business growth and execute.
• Engage your engineering & internal support teams to support your success and execute projects. 
• Bring in your own contacts and make valuable new introductions. 
• Drive new business, take daily massive action and maintain high activity levels and standards.
• Specification sales & high level follow up and influence. 
• Wine, dine & entertain important industry stakeholders.
• Work within the team to look for opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Sell a Trusted Brand based on Integrity & Proven Performance. 

Experience; 

• 5 + Years EPC Oil & Gas Projects Sales.  
• Project Sales Experience with clients Bechtel, Arrow, Origin, Santos, RIO, Clough , Extrata, Shell, Wheatstone.
• Bidding, Tendering, Proposals, closing experience.
• Ability to engage high level stakeholders to win Projects. 
• Hunger, drive, professionalism and passion. 
• Controls, Instrumentation, Pipelines, Pumping, Valving, Process or Flow Control knowledge will attract higher rewards. 

We are looking for some one who is autonomous enough to work to a business plan and also engage the Perth office to support you in your quest. 

Base salary $130,000 - $150,000 O.T.E + Car + Super + Bonus 

(180K -200k) OTE.
