An exciting and new opportunity for a Manager/Senior Manager has arisen with a national accounting firm within the CBD. This firm has a large fee base with plans to grow further. They focus on accounting, tax and advisory for SMEs, investments, family groups and international clients.
In this role, you'll be managing a diverse portfolio of approximately $1M in fees whilst leading 4-5 accountants. Some responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparation and review of tax returns and set of accounts for complex entities
- Preparing specialist tax advice/strategies
- Managing all types of client communication
- Workflow management of team
- Review of internal Business Services processes
- Ad-hoc special project work
Applicants:
- Working in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity in an accounting firm
- CA/CPA qualified
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of intricate workings and needs of SMEs
- Experience managing own clients and a small team
- Demonstrated communication and rapport building skills
