Located in Homebush West, the Franchisor Office is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Support Coordinator.
This role sits within the Business Transition team with a core focus to deliver learning documentation and communications, supporting innovative change solutions for core systems & processes and supporting the implementation of crucial projects.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Business Transition Manager, you will support in the delivery of all things related to business change and communications to our office and field people across Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. In this role you will:
Document and communicate changes to the Point of Sale (POS) system
Provide support and communications for the Learning Management System (LMS) and Intranet
Develop learning and communication materials for key business processes
Assist with the understanding and planning associated with business change initiatives
Understand and support business change initiatives from a user-based point of view
Determine appropriate training methods and recommend the design and delivery of User Guides, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and Communications
Build effective working relationships with key personnel and project representatives
Support in other ad-hoc administration duties within the Business Transition team
About you
You will have at least 2 years of experience in retail or retail support with an understanding of processes and systems. You will also have a passion and drive for excellence and able demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Effective planning and time management
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Experience with the Harvey Norman POS and an understanding of a Retail Franchise or Franchisor model is desirable though not essential
