Permanent Full Time - 36.25 hours per week 

$66,455.10 to $71,379.10  Annually  + up to 12% super

The Compliance Support Team has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Business Support Officer who has a passion for delivering high quality administrative support to a close-knit team. What you’ll bring

To be successful in this position, you will have an excellent people focus and communication skills that are second to none. You will be confident in applying your administration knowledge and skills, including your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.

There will be instances where you will liaise with customers regarding issues that could be of a sensitive nature, it is important that you can be empathetic and understanding whilst visualising issues through the customer’s lens. As such, you will have well developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively relay information and consult with a wide range of stakeholders and members of the public, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Experience in applying the administrative requirements of legislation, Local Laws and other organisational requirements is highly desirable.
