Job description

We are looking for a Business Support/Administration Manager to join our Queensland-based building and construction client based in Fortitude Valley

Intro Recruitment has partnered up with a Queensland-based building and construction company that provides innovative building solutions for both the commercial and high-end residential sectors for a diverse range of clients.
With their recent growth, they are now looking for a Business Support/Administration Manager to join their team in the Fortitude Valley Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Producing Invoices
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office
  • Marketing and Management of the Socials
  • Ensuring seamless operations, maintaining effective communication, and maximising productivity in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Executive Assistance to the Director
  • Effectively handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities

Candidate Criteria:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite and various project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
