A dynamic and growing pharmacy brand based in Sydney, committed to providing top-quality healthcare products and services. As they embark on a crucial phase of Master Data Clean Up, they are seeking 2 dedicated Buyers Admin Assistants to join the team on a 2-Month Contract.
Position Overview:
As a Buyers Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data. Your primary focus will be on organizing and streamlining data related to our extensive product inventory. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our procurement processes, enhance data quality, and support our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Master Data Clean Up: Review and cleanse existing product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Organization: Organize and categorize product information in alignment with established standards and guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the buying team to validate and update product details, ensuring alignment with procurement strategies.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter new product information accurately into the system and maintain data integrity throughout the contract period.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on product data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data cleansing activities, ensuring transparency and traceability of changes.
- Ad hoc Support: Provide administrative support to the buying team as needed during the contract period.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles within a consumer/retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and product data is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
