Form of workThe opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional individual to join our dealership as a Call Centre Consultant. Prior Call Centre experience is required for this role. Our Call Centre services Melville, Cockburn and Rockingham Toyota and primarily focuses on vehicle service bookings and guest retention activities.
Full time and part time roles are available.
You will be based in our Call Centre and will be carrying out guest experience duties such as:
- Answering the phone - directing calls to the right person, taking messages and responding to general enquiries.
- Answering and booking vehicle service guests.
- Answering email enquiries for vehicle servicing, recalls and parts.
- Making outbound service reminder calls to our guests.
- Making after service follow up calls to our guests.
- Data entry.
- Assisting with other general administration duties.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess;
- Customer service skills in both person and over the phone.
- Experience with the 'TUNE' dealer management system will be highly regarded.
- Prior Toyota dealer experience will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Be well presented and professional.
- You will have been in a previous Call Centre position.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Punctuality and time management skills.
