Employment Term: Full Time Opportunity
Location: Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $110, 000 Annual + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Relocation assistance up to $5000 (paid as reimbursement of actual costs)
Sign on & Retention bonuses totalling up to $4500
Additional Rural & Remote allowance of $250 per fortnight (capped at 3months)

Your part in our BlueCare team
Working closely with your Residential Services Manager, you’ll ensure quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team providing supervision, guidance and mentorship, through your effective decision making and clinical experience. You’ll provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. With their wellbeing always in mind, you will review resident care and care plans promoting independence & quality of life, drive AN-ACC funding and make a real difference to the quality of care we deliver. This includes:
Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents
Assisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development
Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards
What makes a difference for us?
You’ll be an experienced nursing clinician, with previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Clinical Nurse within a health, community or aged care environment. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:
Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Previous Care Coordinator experience (highly desirable)
Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Flexibility to work on call is critical for this role
