Bene Aged Care provides quality residential and community home care to over 2,500 older people throughout South Australia. We have a workforce of approximately 650 employees across 6 sites and in the community, we are recognized for our exceptional person-centred care.About the roleLocated in the historic town of Hahndorf in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, we invite you to become a key member of our team as our Care manager at our 80-bed facility Bene St Paul’s. You will be leading a team who are responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality, personalised care options for each of our residents with the primary focus on wellness and engagement.Supporting our Residential Services Manager, your other responsibilities will include but are not limited to Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and within the Aged Care Quality Standards Framework Clinical Governance Continuous improvement / Feedback / Incident management Providing professional leadership and clinical guidance to Nursing and Allied Health team members (On-call on a rotating basis)What makes a difference for us?
