About the Role
We are seeking energetic, passionate & driven Pastry Chefs to join our award winning Culinary services team on a casual basis. You will join a diverse and supportive team who cater to our world-class events held in our Convention, Exhibition and Theatre precinct.
No two days are the same and this unique opportunity will give you the chance to understand how to apply restaurant thinking to large-scale events. Our Kitchen focus on fresh, seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients, found locally. Connecting the nutritional value in food to deliver the best possible environment for success.
We are excited to hear from both qualified Chefs and junior Cooks looking for casual opportunities. We have multiple roles available where you can tailor how much you work, with up to 5 days per week available.
