A day in the life…
As a member of the central reservations team no two days will be the same.You're driven and passionate for being responsible for enhancing satisfaction of our members and guests by delivering a great travel experience across all RACV leisure and tourism products.
Reporting to the Central Reservations Manager, your key responsibilities are to attend all phone and email enquiry from our members, guests and partners in a professional manner making sure all reservations are accurate and complete. Enquiry will be varied including new reservations, booking maintenance and escalations. You’ll be encouraged to upsell and promote across all our RACV 10 resorts & clubs as well as our broader portfolio of travel products.
This is a permanent full-time position 38 hours per week across a flexible roster, working with a dynamic and professional team of travel experts.

We’re looking for…
Someone who will live and breathe the RACV IACT values; Innovation, accountability, care and one team. In addition to;
- Previous experience in a travel, reservations or sales support based role
- Someone who can handle high volume calls with approx. 80-90% of the day will involve telephone sales and customer service consultation
- Opera and GDS knowledge is highly regarded
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience working in a KPI driven environment
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- Full working rights in Australia
