Fixed term until January 5th 2025, part-time opportunity - 72 hours per fortnight
Varied shifts across a rotating roster - Monday to Saturday

About the role
Our Ipswich Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors. Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you:
Warmly greet and welcome our donors
Provide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperwork
Prepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet bar
Monitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donation
Our flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported. Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you’ll need to be able to:
Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs
Frequent sitting, bending and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchen
Be flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Saturday
