The Role
As we have condensed our value streams to better align to our enterprise strategy, the Transformation business unit have since gone through a re-organisation of our teams to optimize its delivery efficiency and uplift organisational execution.
As a result, we have a number of newly created roles within the business enablement function.
Reporting into the Change Manager, the Change Lead will be assigned to work within one of our three strategic Value Streams (Remediation, or Growth and Strategy, or Stability and Efficiency).
Your role is broad and varied. You will be supporting complex organisational change initiatives by writing enterprise release communications, supporting relevant change communications and activities across various teams and ensuring the availability and effectiveness of online intranet presence and all tools, templates, training, and guidance materials.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure that the initiatives outlined in each value stream is well understood across stakeholders, and its purposes and successes are communicated effectively through regular updates, newsletters, and other communication channels.
About you
A seasoned and experienced Change Lead, you possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing business change initiatives in similar roles.
You are familiar with working in an agile, value stream-based organisation with experience in participating in initiative, feature or EPIC definition.
You possess a strong ability to implement change across the organisation from a holistic perspective, whilst your strong communication skills (both written and verbal) will enable you to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
Lastly, it is not mandatory but will be beneficial if you possess relevant certification in change management (e.g. Prosci).
