About the role:
You will be working on key multi-stream initiatives within the risk space that include areas like the rationalisation of policies, uplifting management obligations and risk assessment processes. In this space, they are in the process of transition from Waterfall to Agile.
As Change Manager, you will be developing and setting up the change roadmap & subsequent change frameworks to make sure that the change is understood, adopted and embedded.
Required experience:
- Extensive experience as a dedicated Change Manager within a complex global organisation
- Experience in building change and implementing frameworks from the bottom up
- Extensive experience across embedding change and process improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take the business on a journey with empathy but focussed on a delivery outcome
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Change Management certified (Prosci or Adkar)
- Work for a fantastic company with no cap on contract extensions
