Located in the scenic town of Daylesford, Victoria, Beppe is a neighbourhood trattoria that has quickly established itself as a local favourite. We work with amazing local produce as well as fabulous ingredients from Italy to deliver a delicious and ever evolving menu of Italian cuisine including Neapolitan pizza. Our team takes pride in making fresh pasta, bread, pizza dough, sauces, and more in-house, providing a genuine Italian dining experience.
About the role:
Two kitchens work alongside each other, one responsible for the wood-fired oven pizza menu, while the other delivers the rest of the menu including pasta, salads and desserts.
The larder section is responsible for preparing antipasti, salads and desserts.
Our chef team operate a 4-day lunch-evening roster, the restaurant is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
