Skills & Experience
For Commis and demi chefs, you should have a cheffing qualification or have a keen interested in developing your skills in a Thai Kitchen. For CDP and above, a minimum of 2 year's experience in a professional kitchen is ideal.
You will demonstrate a basic understanding of alternate sections and some knowledge of Thai food would be an advantage. You will demonstrate sound work ethics and attitude, attention to detail and the ability to follow established recipes, an ability to receive constructive criticism, and effectively carry out instructions.
You will be a keen and fast learner, work calmly under pressure and have a willingness to work as a member of the team for each service.
