AddressThe incoming CEO will understand the importance of developing strong relationships with all sectors of the local community, as well as government agencies and other key stakeholders. You will oversee the delivery of quality services and infrastructure to the Shire, and ensure the Council receives professional and timely advice on all matters relating to governance, compliance and the Shire’s operations. Of paramount importance will be your ability to identify and act upon the critical requirements of a diverse and progressive community.
With senior management experience in local government or relevant service-based organisations, your sound commercial acumen, strong leadership and financial management expertise will be complemented by a strategic focus, and strong passion for, and connection to regional communities. You will be an innovative and outward facing individual who is keen to be part of the community and make a difference. As a leader and communicator, your ability to inspire, engage and influence across staff, all stakeholders and the broader community will be critical to your success.
An attractive Total Remuneration Package in the range of $175,105 to $288,817 will be offered to the successful candidate on a five (5) year contract.
