Role:
As a Commercial MotorClaims Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving motor claims for your clients. You will be responsible for assessing claims, liaising with brokers, and third-party representatives, and ensuring the claims process is handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and process Commercial Motor claims within established guidelines and protocols.
- Conduct thorough investigations into the circumstances of each claim, ensuring all relevant information is gathered.
- Communicate and negotiate with policyholders, brokers, and third-party representatives to achieve fair and prompt settlements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely claims handling.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate claims records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to motor claims.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- 18 months+ of experience in claims end to end.
- Motor highly desired, property also considered.
- Sound knowledge of claims procedures and handling processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of claims.
- A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
