Right now, we're looking for a Client Account Manager to join our team and help us grow, but...

This job is NOT for just anyone.

We are looking for an experienced “A” player who has a proven track record of excellence, and loves to think outside of the box!

The role

Your mission will be to be the primary point of contact for clients leading them through their entire Dashdot journey, from onboarding to settlement and beyond. You will be their “Friendly Warrior”- the friendly go-to person when our clients need help, who is also passionately fighting for their success at every step.

You will be an excellent communicator expected to maintain weekly contact with all active clients, tailoring your communication style to meet individual needs, and proactively reaching out to inactive clients to build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for turning clients into raving fans, ensuring that they become repeat clients and refer other clients like them.

You willl manage unique contract conditions, maintain accurate client records, and build relationships with third-party providers, ensuring our clients receive a 7-star experience. Coordinating changes in property settlement timelines and ensuring clear communication among all parties is also key.

This role demands embracing new technologies and processes, maintaining structure in a dynamic environment, and continuously seeking process improvements for increased efficiency. Being solution-focused and proactive in overcoming challenges is essential.

Flexibility outside standard office hours and the ability to adapt to evolving role requirements in line with the company's growth and mission are also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Main Point of Contact for clients throughout their journey
  • Facilitate client onboarding and account setup
  • Maintain regular and valuable communication with clients
  • Intermediary between clients and third-party providers such as solicitors, mortgage brokers and property managers
  • Update Client Account information in CRM tools
  • Manage contract key dates and special conditions to ensure they are communicated and satisfied on time
  • Create and distribute information guides to clients
  • Conduct Post Purchase Review meetings with clients
  • Strategically collaborate with clients to complete additional purchases provided it is in line with their Portfolio Plan
  • Proactively encourage and guide clients to share their experiences through reviews and testimonials
  • Attend regular team and client meetings

Experience: (highly regarded, but not essential)

Client relationship management experience - Essential

Experience using CRM Software and Tech Tools- Essential (Airtable, Active Campaign, Slack and Gsuite is a bonus)

Property/Mortgage Broking/Banking experience

Sales experience

Deep and tested comfort working 100% remotely in a client-facing role
