About the role:
Reporting to the Client Utilities Accountant, the successful person will be responsible for providing excellence in energy services, utility administration, accounting and reporting. This role is a fulltime permanent role based in our Southport office.
The role has the following key responsibilities and tasks:
- Energy Billing, Administration, and Debt Management
- Energy and Financial Data management and reporting
- Reconciliation and Reporting on a monthly basis
- Client Service - Communicate with Clients and assist with queries
- Client Account Management
- Developing and Maintaining Relationships with Stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who understands people and numbers.
- Has a positive attitude and have a strong work ethic
- Has a proven ability to deliver high quality and efficient accounts work
- Has a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
- Has excellent numerical, data and excel skills
- Good communication and computer skills are essential
Highly regarded attributes:
- Utilities, Energy or similar industry experience such as telecommunications, water, gas
- Data analysis and reporting experience
- Body Corporate/Strata title industry experience
- Accounts experience

- This is predominately an in office role based in Southport. You are expected to be in the office on the large majority of working days.
