You will be taught:
- The special needs of the client and be able to discuss these with a range of people across the company, including all the accounting managers (tax and technical manager, accounting manager and Xero team, sales and marketing manager, YBA operations team, and senior managers) always being the client advocate and therefore authority to talk.
- Build some knowledge of the accounting process. Also, from completed accounts learn a technical understanding – though this will not be a requirement for employment, but a skilled learnt.
Your Business Angels are looking for such a person who has a high level of energy, can ask questions, and work as a Client Coordinator working with the clients, our accountants, and specialised teams to deliver honest results for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thinks they can step up, be strong and take on any task.
This role will be a mixture of working from home and in our office located in Ringwood.
