The Department is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Client Engagement Officer to work within their diverse team based in Belconnen on a 3 month contract. This business unit is focused on Client Support and will require someone who is passionate about the community and providing exceptional customer service.

Reporting through to a supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties: Providing Customer Support over the phone, face to face and via email ensuring a high-quality client experience every time.
Responding to and managing complaints and client concerns.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Providing high-quality administrative support including inbox management and the processing of applications and documentation.
Maintaining accurate records and file management across a variety of databases.
Escalating and referring clients to additional services as required.
Ensuring compliance with legislation, policy and business unit standards.

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities: Minimum 5 years of experience working within the housing or community services sectors.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
Great organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.
