- 3 months contract role with a possible extension.
- Hourly pay rate up to $52.19/hour + Super.
- Work location: Canberra office.
- Immediate start.
As a part of your role, you will be responding to initial client concerns and complaints and will be required to work across the Branch’s business units, as required, providing both operational and general administrative to support efficient service.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Provide high-quality frontline client-centred service delivery and support.
- Escalate or refer special needs clients for appropriate assistance.
- Respond to client concerns and complaints.
- High-level liaison skills in managing internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Provides high-level administration support for tasks such as managing the dedicated email inbox, rental documentation, and applications.
- Supports members of Client Services teams in a range of general administrative duties.
- Manages files, records, and tracks the progression of all documentation with appropriate entries on the Homenet and related systems.
- Complies with legislation, policies, and professional standards.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service to a diverse range of clients.
- A high level of effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and liaison skills, and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients and with support services.
- Highly developed organisational skills, including a high level of attention to detail, and experience in meeting tight deadlines and achieving results.
- Experience in using a range of IT business and office applications.
