Our client is a well-established Department within the ACT Government and is responsible for the provision and management of community services throughout the state.
The Department is currently seeking enthusiastic and results driven Senior Client Engagement Officers to work within their diverse team based in Belconnen on a contract until 30th June 2024, with possible extension!
The Job
Reporting through to a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responsible for the effective and efficient management of tenancies within a portfolio of properties.
- Engage with tenants to ensure tenants are adhering to tenancy agreements by paying on time and keeping the property in good condition.
- Conduct routine property inspections, management of debt owed and client service visits.
- Respond to written and verbal complaints.
- Prepare, monitor and track documentation.
- Manage, analyse and interpret data and prepare accurate reports.
You
To be successful in this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas & possess the below personal qualities:
- Prior experience working within the housing or community services sectors.
- Experience in delivery of high quality customer service in office and outreach environments.
- Experience in tenancy management and/or community services will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in leadership, management, social work and community services or a related field are desirable but not essential.
