Client Liaison Officer - In-Home Care Provider

We deliver the highest standard of in-home care services to provide you with bespoke and tailored care to our clients individual needs. Our core values are built around the Gold Care standard of care being individualized, high quality, discreet and professional.  Job Description: Client Liaison Officer will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care to clients with complex needs focused in-home care service with a focus also on increasing client volume, company strategy and marketing.   Reporting to the Head of Operations, the CLO is a critical role who ensures prompt, accurate and efficient service delivery to clients and their families that achieves high levels of client satisfaction while meeting all regulatory requirements.  Client Liaison Officers will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care possible by managing the care delivery process from start to finish, and ensuring our caregivers are provided with the support and direction needed to deliver this high-quality care. The CLO will engage directly with clients and GP clinics to determine the best package in conjunction with our in-house team.  The CLO will be the chief point of contact for all clients, current and potential for ongoing relationship maintenance, problem resolution and answering of enquiries.    Key Responsibilities: Meeting with clients face to face to understand care requirements and design a suitable care package to support clients. Coordinate the delivery of high-quality care to clients with complex needs with a range of in-home services working with clinical and operations team. Business development of new clients to support the business objectives through networking, meetings, conferences, and events. This will include visiting healthcare professionals like GP’s, cardiologist, hospitals, oncologist, rehabilitation centers. Work with the rostering team to ensure that shift requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.  Communicate with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the care provided. Monitor and review client care plans to ensure that they are up-to-date and reflect the client's current needs. Oversight of caregiver schedules and ensure that there is adequate coverage for all clients. Monitor client satisfaction and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction levels. Ensure that the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards. Assist in monitoring financial performance and developing strategies to achieve financial targets. Participate in stakeholder meetings, team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with in-home care services, client needs, and NDIS requirements. Exercise due diligence to ensure compliance with duties under WHS legislation.   Qualifications and Skills: Qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. health care, administration, project management, logistics) or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating service delivery in a high-paced environment. (qualification in nursing will be highly valued, EN/RN)Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability…
