The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be expected to deliver Design and Construct projects from the early design stages, through planning and contractor selection, and then through delivery.

In this client-side organisation you will play a key role in full project Lifecycle activities:

• Design Management and development
• Selection and engaging Consulting and Engineering stakeholders
• Selection of Head Contractor and management of the Head Contractor
• Management and reporting of project progress
• Manage variations or progress claims submitted by the Head Contractor

Are you suitable?If you have experience working as a Client-Side Project Manager, or you are a polished, client focussed Project Manager or Contract Administrator in a Head Contractor, please reach out or apply for the position to learn more.

You will need to meet the following to be considered suitable for this role:

• 3-8 years in the construction industry
• 3-4+ years as a Contract Administrator for a commercial building head contractor (minimum) or a related role at a head contractor - perhaps on the cusp of becoming a project manager within a head contractor, or currently working as a client-side Project Manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have delivered multiple projects from start to completion
