THE OPPORTUNITY
Stock Doctor is a complete DIY investor software solution enabling investors to avoid high-risk speculative companies and a build a share market portfolio of financially healthy high-quality stocks. Stock Doctor's premium and exclusive membership is the product of choice for thousands of loyal and savvy DIY Australian investor and we're seeking an exceptional Client Relationship Manager to join our Client Retention team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To build and maintain a trusting and warm relationship with clients which is based on effective communication, deep product knowledge and a genuine desire to help clients achieve desired outcomes.
- Achieve outbound call rate of between 40-60 warm calls per day (all calls will be to existing clients)
- Build rapport with new and existing clients
- To make outbound service calls to existing clients with the aim to achieve renewal targets and generate referrals
- Facilitate renewal payments from members via phone, e-mail and post
- Identify client's profile and needs and document accordingly in Salesforce
- Liaise strategically with marketing and senior management to theme campaigns and optimise workflow and pipelines
- Data entry of all conversations
- Take inbound calls regarding client enquiries
- Manage client pipeline
- Maintain a very high level of data integrity within Salesforce
- Action inbound email enquiries within 24 hours
- A genuine passion for share market investing (essential)
- Minimum 2 Years Client Services experience (Financial Services experience is required)
- Regulatory Guide (RG 146) compliant or ability to become compliant
- Knowledge of Salesforce highly regarded
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office package
- Comprehensive knowledge of Stock Doctor required (Training provided)
- Friendly, warm, positive, professional disposition and strong customer service orientation
- Sound oral and written communication
- Articulate phone manner
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexible attitude and an ability to work within a changing environment
