The Role:
- Provide administration support around the sales process
- Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitor enquiries
- Prepare for the listing presentations
- Administer properties through the sale process
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling process
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
- Undertake pre-settlement inspections
- Organise Saturday Open Packs
- AMAZING Salary – Up to $120K + BONUS
- Monday – Friday Role
- This is a Director on the panel for all things Real Estate related – they are a sought after speaker
- Northern Beaches local

The Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong administration and communication skills
- The ability to work proactively and independently
- Strong administration and communication skills
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred
- Previous Real Estate experience
