- Exceptional & engaging client focused telephone manner;
- Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal;
- A proactive, can-do approach, with the ability to think laterally;
- Ability & willingness to learn new technologies and systems;
- The commitment to work with stakeholders at all levels within the business to seek solutions;
- Intermediate skills in MS Office suite, particularly in Word & Excel; and
- You have worked in a financial services, administration or similar role and you’re keen to expand your experience, refine your skills, and join a team that gives you great opportunities for an exciting future.
IS THIS THE RIGHT POSITION?
As our new Client Service Officer, you will be supporting financial advisers either within our own advice business, or nationally within the broader Infocus network. In this position you will be responsible for:
- Supporting our financial advisers to deliver exceptional Client Service;
- Booking and preparing for client meetings;
- Advice preparation and implementation;
- Managing annual renewal requirements; and
- Contributing to the continued improvement of our systems and processes to benefit the greater network.
The standard hours of operation for this position are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm in our Head Office in Maroochydore. With further discussions, we are willing to consider Part-Time hours.
