The Role

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator (Finance Administration) to complement our team from mid January 2024.

Your purpose will be to enhance the client experience, through the provision of friendly, positive, personalised interactions with clients - on the telephone and in person, as well as administration support for the financial advisers.

This is a secure, full time permanent role. Specifically, your role will include but is not limited to:-

  • Effective communication with positive and prompt responses to client needs
  • Microsoft Word and pdf document management
  • Gathering data from various financial institutions
  • Managing detailed client financial records
  • Booking client appointments and managing confirmations
  • Excellence in record keeping and data entry
  • Inputting information on various investment platforms
  • Managing the primary company email inbox
  • Processing, scanning and filing documents
  • Calendar management
  • Administrative assistance to the advice team
  • Completing various application forms

You

You will be a warm, approachable person who is positive, dependable and has a strong focus on accuracy. Seeking a long term permanent administration career in the Wealth Management industry, you will have professional presentation and build rapport and trust with the team and with clients. With a confident approach you will also care about the detail, keep excellent records and follow processes and procedures with diligence and precision. You don’t need to be an IT specialist, but you will need to be an expert in hunting down solutions and troubleshooting IT issues with confidence.

Experience in a financial services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.

Additional competencies include:-

  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Professional and friendly verbal and written communication
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience
  • A willingness to navigate new web based systems – we use Xplan and various finance platforms and portals
  • Confidence to liaise with our external IT contractors
  • Great typing skills and adept use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite

This is a permanent role for either 5 days per week onsite in our elegant office in Brisbane's CBD. A competitive salary is on offer, commensurate with experience. Our office is a short walk from bus and train stations.
