THE HOTEL 

Sitting in Mt. Hotham Village on top of Victoria’s high country, Zirky’s is a boutique hotel comprising apartment and hotel accommodation, restaurant, café, bistro and bar. A retail store and ski hire outlet complete the mix. 

We are looking for an experienced Front Office operator to ensure the smooth delivery of all FO Administration and Communications. 

THE ROLE

Oversee the Rooms Division and its interactions with other departments.

Manage the bookings processes – electronic and inbound

Maintaining office systems and guest accounts accurately

Implement policies and ensure procedures are followed

Experienced in RMS report generation/balancing/periodic owner statements
